I Don't Say Yes to Things in the Moment

I never say yes to things in the moment. I have to give myself at least 12 hours to digest the ask and see if it's something i can do, or even if want to. The other thing that has helped me a great deal is getting in a habit of planning my week. So what i do is spend some time on a sunday blocking off all the big things that i need to get done in a week. And when found a habit that worked for me, it became supereasy and like no brainer to do.
