The Challenges That We're Seeing Right Now

The bane of everyone's existence right now is lead times. I'm having this problem right now on a project where we're doing work for a landlord, repurposing the building. We have supplemental units going in that normally would take anywhere between 12 to 18 weeks before COVID. And now we're talking 30 to 40 weeks of a lead time. The biggest difference from a global standpoint is just the cost of skilled labor.
