Why Jesus Can't Mean Adultery?

The Greek word for un-chasticity is purneya from which we get the English word. It can refer to foreign occasion but more generally just sexual immorality in general. But what's interesting is that's not the word Matthew uses when he's referring to adultery. In fact, in the very same passage, Matthew uses a word for adultery - mokayo.
