The Importance of Tipping in the Restaurant Industry

i feel a little bit vulnerable talking about this because i'm sure that there are a lot of people who are way underpaid in the in the restaurant industry who rely on these tips. other thing and like okay now we're just now we'rejust ranting here but like so let's say i add 35 tip on it on an order when i'm checking out i haven't even gotten the food yet right? And then it comes out and it's the wrong taco or it's like just kind of terribly put together or whatever like my experience isn't good.
