Women are further behind in material terms to the men's game, but have an opportunity. How can we create a game that is just as exciting and as compelling? You know, over 80,000 were at Wembley and I was able to get on the tube with a very sleepy six-year-old without anybody being drunk or swearing - you couldn't ask for more than that. So we have our own assets. We just have to make sure that we value them properly and really cement them into our sports."
