You do 15 minutes in infrared then you get a warm blanket yes 30 minutes you get outside you do 30 minutes in a warm blanket, this has been studied again over 20 years extensively. The heart benefits to just that 15 minutes is is extremely impressive according to the JAMA study which measured heart failure as a result of infrared.
