You Are Doing It Wrong

If you have any of the symptoms i'm talking about, you need to solve em or else your company is just going to be much less productive than it could be. Almost always, if you ever are going to charge money to your customers, this number should be revenue, almost always. Make sure that everyone in your company knows what this goal is. Day helpful to put it on some screen somewhere. If an investor asks you, whith your ka p is, you not onlysh be able to say what it is, fele to say what the metric is.
