How to Maintain a 500 Calorie Deficit

Maintaining a 250 or maybe a 500 calorie deficit every day is not twice as grueling. Maintaining a 1000 calorie deficit isn't twice as difficult, according to the author. The only thing it makes consistently harder is just the variety of foods that you can choose because yeah if you're 500 calorie deficit you can still include some of your favorite foods and and highly palatable foods but so often that's what then sends people you know into misreporting or into making things feel harder.
