The Queen and the Commonwealth
The queen was an amazing example of some one who had to really bridge an incredibly brutal transition. For the queen, i think the commonwealth was never just a sort of feeble euphemism to empire. It was something she genuinely believed could reconstruct the sense in which britain would be linked tot the rest of the world. I don't know if his passions get the better of good luck to him. The ground has been prepared for king charles in that way.
