The Importance of Single Leg Exercise in Rehabilitation

If we're not giving single leg exercise, then we're really missing an opportunity to address that asymmetry. If I'm a runner, running is a series of hops. So I need each leg to be independently strong. And if I'm doing double leg squats and double leg press and double leg calf raises, then I'm actually allowing my sneaky tendon to fight in the comedic chain.
