How Joel Brewing Works

We use pretty much in about 90% of our lager beers. It's a Bavarian lager use. We use Chico for most of our ails. And you know, in the barrel room, we've got all kinds of critters floating around in there. So after primary fermentation, we can either step cool it depending on the beer or we'll crash it. But I mean, I think a lot of that we sell only those beers in the tamper.
