How Do You Train Your Assistant to Give Lessons to Toddlers?
I love saying posts about how your, you know, training these people up as well. So instegram's been a great outlet share some of my ideas and the things that go on in my head. And then we are both serving the children in such a beautiful way, which i love. Like, even if they are changing and dipering, and theres so much learning that goes on in that process. If you can actually take the time to train them to do that in a montsory way, then the child is benefiting even anupy changing situation,. absolutely a hundred%.
