The Constitution Doesn't Say They Have to Be Convicted
I was wondering when I read the Constitution about impeachment, it didn't say they had to be convicted. We refer to presidents and been impeached as being impeached. So, if they don't have to be convicted, it also said an impeached president can't pardon nobody. But replace the word impeachment in your mind with the word indicted. Once impeached, always impeached.
