At the end of the day, it's in this lack of ability to do the implementing that frustrates me. I've had my ass kicked enough times and board meetings. And you know, executive meetings that I want to come with objective facts like it's not me. It always depends on your relationship with the customer on how much you want to push it. Some customers I can be as blunt as possible until I move this shit. Others, it's like, well, you know, okay, I get it,. You know, and that's the thing that we miss a lot.
