"There are lots of tools that exist to help me with this," she says. "I have a little like timer thing that I use where it's like, you know, 40 minutes of work and then take a 10 minute break so that you're not just getting into the super hyper focus for however long or just surfing the internet when you should be doing work related" She also talks about how her partner Matt has started telling her to be ready 20 minutes ahead of when she actually need to be ready.
