Easter is a big time in the chocolate trade. My mum would always say, I think I've bought too many chocolates. It was more sort of sourcing, tasting, seeing the developments. The mean age of customer was 60 and it was quite old, fashioned. Did your friends get excited that you hadn't chocolate? You really need to be mature. Do you do one day? Yeah.
