Is There a Competing Emergency Politics?

Ma, i have just confided the question of competing emergency politics. That seems to be what structures of political trom to day are such as it is. And so you end up with this opposition between liberal defence of institutions and rights opposition. So that opposition brings me on, at least, to the sh o thissaser osr I'm curious to hear what your different positions were on these issues.
