Is There a Lack of Leadership?

Ike: I don't feel like i fit the mould of what a typical leader might look like. And so sometimes it makes me more reticent to dive in and to really m like more of a productive, a, like gregarious disposition. But if i were asked questions, i definitely was very prepared and, you know, had answers to things. It wasn't like out that that was the issue. O we from a, from a metric perspective, like we were, we were where we needed to be. We were meeting and exceeding our goal.
