Are You Sleep Deprived?

Most alete athletes don't sleep nearly as much as sleep experts would nd a, and i mean like a relatively sizable minority, average less than six hours per night. Any sort of exercise that has a reasonably high chance of maybe causing a muscle strain or something like that may be not the best idea to do when you're really sleep deprived. Butye, in general, i mean, keep training and choose exercises that are particularly safe, i would say.
