Setting the Bar Too Low When Testing Business Ideas
I think it's setting the bar too low. So if you look at experimentation as just a step to something you want to build anyway, then it's not really going to give you the returns that you want. I feel instead what people do is they kind of design like their right test like they're right just because they don't want to be wrong. And then we just want to build whatever we build anyway.
