The biggest thing that leads to modern slavery is unhealthy boundaries. The companies that do the best are the ones that have happy employees and like, respectful employers. When there's respect on both sides, when there's fairness on both side, that's actually when things end up the best. So let's talk a little bit about modern slavery and how we get here.
