Trump signed into law a new regulation that will set the age of majority in terms of tobacco purchases at 21. The more cynical part of me wonders if the Democratic leadership has realized that the country is facing some serious, insoluble problems and actually they don't want to win. It's just a short slog to November and then it can all be over for a while again.
