The Problem With String Theory Is the Same With the Brain
The brain is so complicated and it's not amenable to analyses of the kind that are necessary. MRI does not attack the problem at the level if we could attack it there. The microscopic neural networks are the source of the information that ends up being our minds. We are looking for information about mind-brain relationships that have already been lost when we use an MRI machine.
