Don't forget to go out to a yoga class, or take a bubble bath, like, play some video games, read a book. Sometimes you just need a little bit of, like, reprieve yourself. You can be honest with your partner about, like, i just need to re fuel. I need to recharge so that i can actually be there for you more completely. And on that note, i if you're going through dealing with your partners break up, or your partners, i lost a loved one or something, then definitely don't forget self care for yourself as well.
