The resistance typically comes when you're suddenly dealing with a real world problem where people have to be shifted back into that problem space and say, wait, there's something different here we need to think about instead of just charging ahead with our standard solution. One of the things we missed in this framework with this tool is really the importance of practicing it. So getting it as a skill and ideally getting some of your team members on board with it.
