The UK's a Global Leader, Is It Unexpected?

The UK has been this extraordinary and in my view, quite unexpected global leader. I think we moved very well to deliver on that. The big driver for change and for excellence is always leadership. David Cameron was very serious about trying to do the right thing to green the economy. And Boris Johnson now is very committed to it as well. So when people say to me, do you expect it to be a success this year in Glasgow? The answer is yes, I do.
