Game refinery is a tool that helps game developers understand the mechanics of their games. It can take up to four hours for some people to learn how it all works, says co-founder Matthew Ssthi. There are over 400 universities around the world using machinations to teach game design and they're seeing an increase in students wanting to get into this kind of work. The platform has been downloaded more than one million times since its launch last year.
