Is There a Lot of Variability in the Lounges?

I think that there's a definite sentiment that the less touch points or contact points, the better guests definitely do prefer a seamless transition. So we're working very hard to actually bring in a variety of entry methods which allow the guests to come in without having to either line up or queue up. I've been fairly fortunate where I really haven't experienced many overcrowded or uncomfortably crowded lounges.
