Sonohistoriography
A histrocell pinguogram is logistically slightly similar to a sonohist diagram. The idea is that you're injecting some sort of, generally saline into the uterus. And it can give you an idea of the internal contours of the endometrial cavity. Do not need to feel bad that we have not been ordering those; I think a regular pelvic ultrasound is perfect.
