Quantum Leaps Are Not Quantum Lumps
It's not about me as a designer. It's about the client getting what they want. And so if you can take on that mindset and frame of mind, it is going to create such incredible client retention because people feel safe having conversations with you. We're never going to be perfect. We may be on our period and be a bit moody and come across in a bad way. That's okay. The more that you can accept that, the more client retention you'll have and the more that you will grow. Another thing that I wish that I had known sooner is working more and harder does not automatically mean better results. But self-care is the thing that attributes that.
