How to Grow Seed Potatoes

When it comes to main crop potatoes, you need a fair bit of space. There's one variety in particular that I love called Charlotte which is a good all-rounder of a spud. We use a lot of onions in our house, but I've not grown onions from seed for years. What onions love more than anything else is rich soil and bright light. And we try and keep them going right through the winter.
