Cannabis Licensing in California and New York

I think there's been a lot of focus on the limited number of licenses in the first pass of the social equity program. Overwhelmingly those cities have not enacted caps they're taking a very open laissez-faire approach. Outside of Sam the Bay Area and Los Angeles it's often pretty slim pickings for how many licenses there are.
