Manisha Bhatnagar: I'm worried about the potential of a malrotation with bobbulous, hypolaryx synopsis or small bowel absorption. At this point I'd make sure that the child was on maintenance IV fluids and obtain an urgent upper GI to roll out malrotation. Manisha: We could use ultrasound just like upper GI's performed by those who irregularly complete them on neonates. The ultrasound is user-depetitive.
