Is the Market a Discounting Mechanism?
The market is a discounting mechanism. When everybody suddenly is saying something then isn't that discounted in the market already right? And that's where efficient market comes in and it's more than a question of if there's just saying it. It's a question of which they've actually put their money in so everybody's already put their money into a certain idea, he says.
