Getting Good Stuff Done in DC

I'm not even exactly sure what possible legislation would look like. You need to focus on a political plan in order to elect sane supervisors that will be open to good policy. At the state level, there are plenty of folks. There are sufficient people who are open to hearing good arguments in the policy. Some stuff is just really hard because of political constraints. Even in the arass of DC, massive policy victories are possible. If maybe it's not a great percent chance, maybe it's less than 50%, but it is at least possible.
