How to Choose the Right Drama Therapy

We want to find a therapist we feel connected to who hears us and understands us. Do you get enough sleep? Are you able to fall asleep and stay asleep? Is that something maybe we should look into doing some kind of routine before bedtime, or talk to our doctor about it. We wouldn't go see a foot doctor or podiatrist when we have a heart problem. We need to see a cartiologist. And it's important that we get the right type of clinitian to help us with what we're struggling with.
