Less than a tenth of one percent of all recorded tornadoes are EF-5. Storm chasers feel pretty confident that they know where the storm is going to go, and how it's going to behave. But less than two weeks later, on May 31st, just outside El Reno, Oklahoma, it became clear that they had just enough knowledge to get themselves in trouble.
