He says pharmaceuticals are only 10% of healthcare costs, but they should be cut in half. The cost of administration has gone through the roof since 1970 when HMO Act was passed and united insurance companies with parent company Signa. "What happened to my pet peeves? You know, we have a principal problem not being us," he said.
