The Right to Privacy in Social Contexts

In some of your writings, which we will link to in the show notes so that our listeners can also read those pieces, you have made an argument saying that the right to privacy in some ways is a very abstract conception of the right. What say, obtains in the context of a property kind of thing might not be in another say financial piece of privacy or in another human situation which involves issues of marital rape allegations and so on. So there are a range of social contexts within which this question of what constitutes privacy operates. Let's just elaborate a little bit of that.
