Dino now is supporting npm modules. It comes down to internal event loop structures. We are just very careful at how we are kind of binding JavaScript to native code and put a lot of time into optimizing that. If you can take the basic, say, express server example and run that in Dino, just with import node colon express. You can try to benchmark that in Node and Dino and see that it is actually running faster in Dino.
