The Meaning Preceeds the Matter

The meaning inside our heads at least precedes the matter. My husband designs Wi-Fi boxes. He has a picture of that thing in his head before he ever gets it on paper or hands it over to somebody else to tool it up and, and create the box. So the meaning is preceding the instantiation of that meaning into matter. It works in every other area of life. Why wouldn't it work in these very fun things?
