If you find this episode triggering because you're dealing with infertility, it's okay to turn it off. I don't really want to exclude anyone from this conversation. The real issue is once you're a parent, the body image expectation is to look like you never had a kid. We just grew a freaking human. And that requires fat accumulation, literal organs are moving around. So even the sentiment of like, it took nine months to grow baby, at least take nine months to get your body back. Why? Why do we have to look like we never had a child?
