Harley was talking about how a lot of this just comes down to biased research and the majority of therapists not being neurodivergent. She also talked about gender biases and presentation biases as well. There are some very stereotypical ideas of what autism should look like but it's supposed to be a boy flapping his arms maybe avoiding eye contact.
