I think it also comes down to how good as a founder you are able to to sell the potential of your business. We really still believed in in the products itself and in the potential it has but at that time we just knew we needed to work together with somebody else on making it possible make it successful. As a team we also had this discussion internally like doing are we all comfortable with staying on board if you get acquired or do you want to run out? I felt also more comfortable knowing that my entire team has like a good employer next which would have been fine for us.
