The Bright Spots of Africa

There are there are a few bright spots and I want to give credit. Rwanda winning this award is a very different place than it was 20, 30 years ago. There's also hope in the through the creation of the African continental free trade agreement. We'll see how the AFC FDA develops that may address those problems.
