China's Liquidity Easing Policy
The people's bank of china is trying to facilitate by easing up more policy. The impact in terms of foreign exchange accumulation is obviously tha. So this foreign exchange reserve, a foreign exchange intervention, is actually edding liquidity into te chinese economy. If there is any pressure to undershoot the grove targets, we will likely see more policy easing.
