Ariel Berger's Early Life

Ariel berger's own religious sensibility was formed in part by the contrast between the two homes of his parents, who divorced when he was young. In his father's home, artistic and less observant, in his mother's attending an ultra orthodox school that gave him a deep, early immersion in jewish tradition and text. "i remember very vividly the letter that i ever saw as a six year old lin in the humesh," says Ariel Berger. 'I can taste that sugar cube, and its it's kept me going'
