The bulk of the British armor will go through these tracks and then burst out. The infantry are going to have the job of dealing with the enemy infantry. But but preempting this is obviously going to be a barrage. Once that barrage is over, then there will be a creeping barrage which will move forward 100 yards every three minutes behind them. It's all sounding very Western France, isn't it? To me a little like the guy in charge might be bringing some of his old homework with him.
