The Minowans on Crete After the Eruption of Thera
The Minowans and Mycenaeans had been in contact for some centuries. The disruption may have caused economic hardship as the Minowans had many colonies and trade routes in the Aegean, one being the island where Thera is. It's hard to say if Knossos remained the central point of power, or if the other Minowans' sites were now in competition. Though as we have seen before, there are no known fortifications around any of the palace sites.
