Is It Possible to Let Go of a Co-Chairman?
I hear prioritizing the larger community right over any one individual. And i also just hear this piece around long term thinking, right? And in the many ways that we have to sort of hold the larger picture, r the arger vision, or the larger strategy, and make immediate decisions that are incredibly disruptive. I don't remember a whole lot about what else i would have said, but i do remember that i had to reach very deep into my own inner conviction om as i was making that choice.
